Activities

The project is divided into two main phases:

I.        Analysis Phase: analysis of the contractual, procedural and technical aspects for the effective and consistent implementation of the EETS. It comprises 5 main activities:

• Activity 1 - Contractual framework and Risk Management 
• Activity 2 - Certification Process
• Activity 3 - Key Reference Indicators
• Activity 4 – Back office Interfaces
• Activity 5 – Interoperability Management

II.        Deployment Phase: deployment of an open information platform involving all the participating countries and some pilot project activities for the implementation of the EETS. It has two main activities:

• Activity 7 – Information platform
• Activity 8 – Monitoring Testing/Implementation
